BioShares.in provides digital biodata sharing services. Because access can be activated immediately, refunds are limited to verified issues, duplicate charges, and cases required by law.

1. Introduction
BioShares.in provides subscription-based digital services for secure biodata sharing across the website and mobile app. Because the service can be used immediately after activation, the refund policy is intentionally narrow and focused on fair exceptions.
2. Refund Eligibility
May qualify for review
- Duplicate charge or accidental double payment.
- Verified technical issue on our side that blocked activation.
- Payment taken but the requested service could not be delivered.
- Any refund required by law or a payment provider ruling.
Usually not eligible
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Plans that have already been used or unlocked.
- Requests made after the billing period has started and service is available.
- Issues caused by user-side device, account, or network problems.
3. Refund Rules
Activated subscriptions are generally final
Once a Basic, Family, or Unlimited subscription is activated and service access is made available to the account, the payment is normally non-refundable. This also applies to any digital plan that has already been delivered or used.
If a charge appears incorrect, contact support first so we can check whether the issue can be resolved faster than a refund request.

How refund processing works
- We first verify the payment and the reason for the request.
- If approved, the refund is initiated as soon as practical after review.
- Bank, card, UPI, or wallet providers may take additional time to show the credit.
- Some providers settle faster than others, so the visible timing can vary.
