1. Introduction

Welcome to BioShares.in ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our privacy-focused secure biodata sharing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BioShares.in provides secure sharing infrastructure for families and matrimony profile sharing.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use BioShares.in, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Access Controls & Approvals

BioShares.in uses a split viewing flow for shared biodata. The website shows only a basic preview after a viewer shares their Name and Phone Number. The BioShares app is used for the full biodata experience, and contact details remain hidden until the viewer submits a contact request and the owner approves it.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the information, photos, and any other content you upload to BioShares.in. You must ensure that you have the right to share the personal information of the individual represented in the biodata, especially if you are sharing on behalf of a family member.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is our priority. We employ robust security measures to protect your sensitive matrimonial profiles, including Encryption in Transit (HTTPS/SSL) and secure server-side cloud storage. Your profile details are protected from unauthorized third parties during transmission and storage. However, internet transmissions are never entirely secure. 7. Secure Biodata Sharing Rules

When you share biodata via our platform, you retain complete control over who can access it. You must only share links with intended and trusted recipients for matrimonial purposes. You are encouraged to use platform features such as Link Expiry (e.g., expiring in 72 hours) and Maximum View Limits to further secure your data.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use BioShares.in exclusively for its intended purpose: the secure sharing of matrimonial biodata and related family information. Any use of the platform for commercial solicitation or unauthorized data collection is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit our security measures.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Scrape, datamine, or reverse-engineer the platform.

10. Payment & Subscription Terms

Certain premium features of BioShares.in may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable after service activation unless required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

12. Biodata Ownership

Users remain the sole owners of their biodata. We do not claim any ownership rights over the text, images, or personal details you upload to the platform.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform infrastructure, design, code, logos, and trademarks belong to BioShares.in and its licensors. You may not copy or use our intellectual property without written permission.

14. Secure Link & Expiry Policy

To enhance privacy, shared links can be configured to expire automatically after a predefined period (in hours) or after a specific number of maximum views. Once a link expires or reaches its view limit, the recipient will no longer be able to access the biodata. Additionally, you retain the right to manually Revoke any active link instantly from your dashboard.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioShares.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss or misuse of shared information by third-party recipients.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect unauthorized misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspicious activity that threatens the security of the platform.

17. Security & Encryption Disclaimer

The platform operates on a Zero-Trust, KMS-backed Envelope Encryption architecture. Under this model, all sensitive profile fields are stored exclusively in encrypted formats in our databases. We completely disable and block decryption capabilities for platform administrators and database operators, ensuring that only you (the owner) and your explicitly authorized viewers have access to the decrypted biodata details. The protection of your access credentials is entirely your responsibility. Furthermore, while we employ dynamic watermarks to deter unauthorized saving of data, screenshot prevention is not guaranteed across all devices.

18. Third-Party Services

BioShares.in may utilize third-party services (such as Firebase for hosting and Firebase Storage for secure image delivery). Your interaction with these features is subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies.

19. Governing Law (India)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
