1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BioShares. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. BioShares is a secure biodata sharing platform, not a matrimonial agent or verification service.

2. Service Scope

BioShares helps users:

• Create biodata and manage privacy settings.
• Share biodata through secure links.
• Review viewer analytics and contact request activity.
• Protect biodata with screenshot protection and access controls.

BioShares provides secure infrastructure for biodata creation and sharing. Users remain responsible for the content they upload, but BioShares applies security controls to protect stored biodata and shared access.

3. Account and OTP Login

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. BioShares uses phone OTP login and related authentication flows to protect access. You must ensure that the phone number and account details you use are accurate and under your control.

4. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all biodata content, photos, contact details, and messages you upload or share. You must have the right to share any personal data of the individual represented in the biodata.

False, misleading, spammy, abusive, or fake biodata is not allowed.

5. Secure Sharing Rules

Shared biodata links must only be used for legitimate personal or matrimonial purposes. You should share access only with trusted recipients and use privacy controls such as expiry windows, revocation, and hidden contact details where appropriate.

BioShares may display viewer information and contact request history so you can manage access responsibly.

6. Subscription Access Rules

Some features require an active subscription plan. Subscription benefits, access rights, and plan limits are shown before purchase and may include access to premium biodata sharing features.

If a plan expires, related sharing links and premium access controls may become inactive until the subscription is renewed. BioShares may suspend or limit premium features when a plan is no longer active.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use BioShares to:

• Upload or distribute fake, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Spam, harass, stalk, or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Misuse viewer analytics, contact approval, or link sharing features.

8. Suspension and Termination

BioShares may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, spam, fake data, repeated policy violations, or any activity that threatens the platform or its users.

We may also revoke access to active links when misuse is detected or when a subscription expires.

9. Third-Party Services

BioShares may use trusted third-party service providers to support authentication, secure file storage, notifications, payments, analytics, diagnostics, security monitoring, and service reliability. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform services on our behalf. Your use of payment-related features may also be governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioShares and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss caused by user content, recipient misuse, subscription expiry, or unauthorized sharing outside the platform.

BioShares does not guarantee that a recipient will never copy, record, or misuse information after access is granted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BioShares after an update means you accept the revised version.
